In this e-mail, I am going to quote my anger and disappointed towards ypur company 's service and I had been faced the problem of receiving the magazines for 3 consecutive which is frrom July till September 2014. This type of trouble had been faced for several times, and this has reflected how low the efficiency of your company is in delivery service. 3. I had been took sufficient effort trace back all the delay magazines by via email or even by calling your company's contact for quite lots of times , but unfortunately it turned up . Nobody answered or even replied the call or email .This show that how inresponsible your company is. 4.
