Existential authenticity focuses on genuineness of touristic experience at a particular time and place. It as an exploration of human attributes and personal connection with a destination built from participation and involvement in touristic activities. 4. FOOD AUTHENTICITY - Authenticity of food and dining experience which represents characteristics of a particular place. 5.
