| There are no speed limit signs on the road and highway of Kota Kinabalu and in Sabah per say. How can the police issue a summon saying that we have exceeded the speed limit - What speed limit are they refering to (in KL is 110km or 90km) but here nothing!! Is it justified that they issue the summons for driving at 110km on KK road??? What double standard are they practicing. They must first put up the speed limit sign so that drivers can abide to.
