Fulling, also known as tucking or walking (spelled waulking in Scotland), was a step in woollen clothmaking which involves the cleansing of cloth (particularly wool) to eliminate oils, dirt, and other impurities, and to make it thicker. The worker who does the job is a fuller, tucker, or walker,[1] all of which have become common surnames. The Welsh word for a fulling mill is pandy,[2] which appears in many place-names, for example Tonypandy ("fulling mill lea"). Mohon berikan terjemahan. Salam, Adakah "Aliran satu lapis" atau "Aliran Berterusan" sesuai digunakan bagi frasa/perkataan "One-piece Flow"? Maksud frasa: http://www.kaizenworld.com/kaizen/one-piece-flow.html Mengikut sumber lain: Sometimes referred to as “single-piece flow” or “continuous flow,” one-piece flow is a key concept within the Toyota Production System. Achieving one-piece flow helps manufacturers achieve true just-in-time manufacturing. That is, the right parts can be made available when they are needed in the quantity they are needed. In the simplest of terms, one-piece flow means that parts are moved through operations from step to step with no work-in-process (WIP) in between either one piece at a time or a small batch at a time. This system works best in combination with a cellular layout in which all necessary equipment is located within a cell in the sequence in which it is used. Mohon bantuan DBP. Terima kasih.
Most people know that the theory of evolution did not appear amongst us like a bolt from blue with the publication of Charles Darwin’s The Origin Of Species in 1859. But not many people are aware that the idea has been around in various forms for at least two and a half thousands years. Like us, the ancient Greeks failed to agree about the origins of life. Their cosmologies were profoundly different from our own. There were no heresy laws or inquisitions to fear or a dominant creation story to side-step. Ancient Greek cosmologies were wildly variant : some believed that life had been shaped by gods ; others that had come into being through atoms colliding chaotically. Empedocles – poet, healer, magician and controller of storms as well as a philosopher – produced a surreal foreshadowing of natural selection two and a half thousand years ago on the island that we now call Sicily. He proposed that life had started out as random body parts – eyes, necks, arms, teeth – suspended in primeval soup. Collisions had produced random combinations – men with the heads of cattle ; animals with brances for limbs. Some of these combinations had proved viable, others not.DBP hanya  memyediakan kdimat penyemakan penterjemahan.
