A lecturer of UGM, Yogyakarta, Indonesia, who took a Ph.D. program in a university in Kuala Lumpur told me that he had his thesis translated into Malay in Dewan Bahasa Malaysia. I would like to inqure about that, whether it is a formal service of Dewan Bahasa Malaysia or just an individual activity of the staffs of Dewan Bahasa Malaysia. Who do I have to make a contact to?
