The two nations were on the brink of war, and the big powers did nothing even though they could stop them. They hoped to fish in troubled waters by selling their weapons to the nation in conflict.

Dua buah negara itu diambang peperangan, dan kuasa-kuasa besar pula hanya berpeluk tubuh meskipun mereka boleh menghalangnya. Mereka berharap untuk menangguk di air keruh dengan menjual senjata kepada Negara terbabit.
